Damned if this song doesn't make you want to dance. Not dance, like, DANCE dance. But dance in the aboriginal sense of the word of writhing around wildly, shaking your head and your hips, and hopefully doing some ceremony- codified or not- that involves bloodshed.

The cadence of her vocals is propellent in every usage of the word. Her voice pierces through that thick, claustrophobic beat and lets the little fresh air you need in.

Definitely alternative dance/dub, but I think there's a little something in it for everyone. Think of M.I.A. on meth and some old fashioned juju.
